Lego continue to celebrate Star Wars' 30th Anniversary with its first foray into the Expanded Universe with the TIE Crawler.The vehicle is essentially a TIE Fighter cockpit with a power cell connection at the back and two long TIE Advanced wings which have caterpillar tracks around the edges. The tracks move very smoothly and there is a large flick missile under the cockpit and two positionable guns that open out from the edge of the tracks.The thing that most collectors will be getting this kit for is the two Shadow Stormtroopers with black E-11 rifles that come with it.The model comprises 540 pieces (not including figures or accessories) and takes about 50 minutes to build, especially fiddly when putting the caterpillar tracks together.Available as a Lego Shop exclusive for £40 at the nearest branch to you. A unique looking vehicle and a must have for all those completists out there.
