Charge

I've had a Leatherman on my belt since I was 16yrs old, now I'm more wrinkly and old, this one with the Titanium handles is the nicest feeling one I've had yet. I do reccomend Leatherman to all my family and friends because they are by a long shot the best available (and the dearest but you get what you pay for) they have a fantastic warranty (lifetime replacement policy) which I have had to use only once for a nylon pouch that freyed over 3years and to my surprise the shop replaced the pouch with a leather one and a brand new tool, I didn't expect that! but the salesman told me that is Leathermans policy. Pretty darn good I say...anyway, get it! you won't be dissapointed. all the best Boshy.

Good but a bit heavy for daily carry

I have (and use heavily) a variety of multi tools. For both my work and home life it's extremely useful to have a knife, screwdrivers, etc. on me at all times because there's a never-ending series of quick little jobs to be done. I bought this one as a more heavy duty tool for work purposes only. I don't carry it every day because:A) It's a bit big and heavy (might be OK in a belt pouch).B) It's not UK legal for every day carry as it has a locking blade.When it is needed though, it's well made and has a good selection of tools. I've been a bit disappointed with the build quality of a couple of other Leathermans, but this looks pretty solid.The problem I find (and this may be specific to me) is that I normally just use the tool I have on me rather than go and fetch this one, so it hasn't actually seen very much real use. I do like it though.

my very first leatherman and im chuffed to bits with it,could never justify the expense myself so when i received this as a present i was over the moon,cant wait to use it (although id rather not get it dirty) and show it off to my friends,i am now a convert! i would recommend these to anyone.the only niggle was it came without the quick release carabiner as described, but did have an extra quick release belt hook, may have been a packing error but hey, who cares,get one, you know you want to!
