Very Handy!
By Wild Indie
Says what's on the can.... It's a good boom for the money with an excellent reach and nice cable straps etc. All you could want from a boom for the price.Standard size threads too.

Strong, looks good.. Need to practice before using it 'live'..
By DB7
I bought this for recording live dialogue for interviews and short films. It is well built, extends smoothly and gets your mic right to where you need to be. A word of caution about handling technique.. make sure you grip the pole in the comfy spongy area at the far end of the pole (rather than moving your hands up and down the pole) because with the sensitive mic I use it does pick up the sound of the hands moving along the pole. This is a technique issue not a product issue! If you keep your hands still it is fine. Best to practice first!

Great boom for the money
By Dr. D. M. Hunt
Seriously, I can't fault this boom. Great reach, a few velcro clamps for the cable, a standard mike thread, easy to extend/retract and above all, lightweight, even at when fully extended and miked up.
