This was an expensive purchase for our bathroom. It was heavy to install ( 2 person job) but looked amazing once in place.After only a few weeks it went "bang" and needed replacing. As it had been faulty, Amazon replaced it with no hassle but we had to get another electrician to take it down again.A few months later, bulbs started popping in the new unit, and to replace them you have to unscrew the mirrored sections top and bottom. This is fiddley, and makes you tempted to leave the unit until more than one pops. Sadly, after only about a year, marks appeared on the edges of the mirror, and the edges of the unit began to rust.4 years after installation, the bulky hinges have warped in such a way that the door makes an alarming clanking sound when opened and there is no way to adjust this. We are now replacing it with a different mirror unit.

Just what we wanted.

Bought this as a relacement for a similar item we had purcheased several years ago. Nothing wrong with the old one but after having the bathroom completely refurbished it did look a bit tatty so we searched online and bought this. Delivered very quickly and was exactly as pictured and described. Fitted very well with new batchroom and am very pleased. Buyers should note that it is heavy - a substantial unit to put on the wall, best done by two people. Even so I took glass panels and door off to lighten it so it made the job easier. As I was using existing mains wiring the cable had to run behind the cabinet to the inlet hole and there was not quite enough free space. I simply inserted to pretty solid (and cheap) rubber tap washers behind each screww hole and this sorted it perfectly.
