great sound

My first comment about this product is about the size on my head. I have a small head and the headphones feel a little too big, causing the band to keep falling every time i move my head. But so far that is my only bad comment. The cable is nice and long with a decent control box. The control box unfortunately is left hanging, but there is no weight to it so it isn't a problem. The headset is lightweight and comfortable, the material soft on my ears. Now for the all important bit, the sound. The 5.1 suround is crisp and clear, with lots of adjustment to get it sounding great. It uses usb and it's own software, but doesn't use your soundcard. all iin all it's a great headset and i give it a 4 out of 5. it would have got five stars but the fit for my head is a niggle, when gaming the last thing you want is the headband slipping over your eyes.

This head set is much better than I expectedIt sits comfortably on my head and is light.Please note, I have a fairly large head and wear a helmet fairly often so others may find it heavy or not comfortable!The construction, while light weight and plastic, doesn't feel cheap or second rate, the build quality is good. Nothing feels like it will fall off. So long as you don't throw it around or drop it too often.It is much easier to set up that more expensive 3.5mm headsets that have 5.1. And while it is not going to be the best sound reproduction as it is via USB and not a dedicated sound card, I still feel the sound quality is extremely good and you really won't notice the difference unless you look for it.Most games pick it up fine. One or two seem to play the sound through the wrong channels but changing the in game settings sorted in seconds.There's a few things you can play around with on the software it comes with, but ive not found a need to fiddle yet.The inline control is good, if a tad bulky. Can alter what you need on the fly.I would recommend these as both a travel pair, and indeed your main pair if you don't want to fork out for more expensive sets.You would need to pay a lot extra to get better sound quality.I use these as my main set and love them.

Great headset had it for a while now and no problems at all. The sound is great and the 5.1 works realy well. The microphone is good and great movement on it. the sub in them is also amazing playing crysis 2 on them makes my head shake :D
