Poor quality fixings and even worse customer service!

Very expensive product...so you would have thought the fixings would have been of good quality too. Unfortunately this is not the case. Two screws shredded imediately upon contact with a screwdriver and one parted company with its head after three or four turns. In making it so awkward to fit the unit utself sustained some slight damage, its only slight and only aesthetics, however it does leave a sour taste in the mouth especially as this is the most expensive kit of its kind at nearly £75! I thought as it was a gift I would buy the original 'the best' not cheaper immitations ...seems I may have got this one wrong! I did complain to the company about this, I wasn't after a full refund or anything, but perhaps a sorry maybe even a voucher towards another, a gesture of good will, however...they decided it wasn't worth the bother to reply! Obviously customer service doesn't matter once they have your money. Over all the product is nice looking, but in hindsight not worth the money I paid...next time I would go for the cheaper option and be less disapointed. And as a special note I always make it a point to no longer deal with companies that cannot see past their profit margins and forsake good old fashioned customer service!
