What customer service

The headphones arrived with an european 2 pin power lead. I contacted AVIDES. They identified the suitable adapter and sent it to me free of charge. That is what I call customer service.The quality of the headphones is very good to my ears. I connected them to my TV, charged them up and I was listening to clear sound at a level I can manage without disturbing anyone. They are just what I needed. I will certainly buy from AVIDES through Amazon again for preference.

Sennheiser Cordless Stethoset Headphones

Sound quality is excellent. I was able to hear what was being said. However I found the stetoset 'phones slightly uncomfortable. I assume the stethoset 'phones are to keep the reciever in line with the transmitter, but I would have been happier with plug in headphones with (say) a halter round the neck to keep reciever in place.
