Life Enhancing

Bought it for my elderly Mum who has had other headsets which are cumbersome and this seemed to be an answer.From having the tv booming and still not hearing much of what was happening she now hears a good percentage that enables her to understand and enjoy the programmes showing.I found it easy to set up and because she has some dexterity problems the controls still remain a bit fiddly for her. Also not being able to lift her arms too well the stethset is easier to put on than headsets ever have been.It is a very delicate looking piece of equipment and we hope it will survive the rigours of everyday use in her life.I did find the first set went on the blink within a month or two and had to be replaced but Amazon did a splendid job of customer service there and replaced it immediately.From my experience so far I would recommend it despite the high end pricing.

This product was purchased for use by an older person with limited hearing. Within moments of using this linked to a TV there was a giant smile. It was especiallygood that the band is not the over-the-head type. Full marks.
