Excellent/ lasting investment

Easy assembling and as per illustration. An empty room is ideal for unpacking and laying out listed items. (Caution! Don't use sharp implements to unpack.) I held up back-rest against a wall with my knees and aligned screw-holes of seat and metal-plate on back-rest. Then, to screw on the heavy duty gas lift unit. Mount the seating onto the legs and screw on arm-rests last.Uncomplicated mechanism for tilting/raising/lowering seat. Swivels beautifully. Robust, smooth and comfortable. I am confident its an excellent and long-lasting investment.

This chair is very good but is NOT high back. Have no complaints about the construction, comfort and quality just the back description.

The chair components were well protected when the carton arrived and the relative bolts etc. were blister packed so that each size was separated from the others. No more guessing which one went where as I have found with other items of furniture! And there was a section of spares - just in case.The chair took about 20 minutes to assemble and I encountered no problems (I had read the other reviews first and picked up some tips). I have only one minor criticism in that the chair cannot be angled back enough to give full support along the back of my legs when sitting in the normal "working" position with my feet flat on the floor. As I am 5'10" I do not consider myself to be overly tall and this would, I have thought, have been a reasonable expectation. That aside, it is a very comfortable chair and ideal for the home user.
