COLOUR : GRADED BLUENew design of CAST IRON saucepan and the smart new handle now allows them to go in the dishwasher.1 each of:1 X 16 cm : approximate capacity - 1.2L1 X 18 cm : approximate capacity - 1.8L1 X 20 cm : approximate capacity - 2.5LSuitable for left or right handed cooks, each cast iron saucepan has deeper side walls and a new anti-drip pouring lip.Instead of the old wooden handle, the longer handle is made of phenolic (heat resistant to 200°C) and there is now an additional side assist handle which aids balanced lifting. The lid has a venting hole.Easy to use and clean by hand, although some soaking and a rub with a plastic brush may be required for the more stubborn stains.Sturdily boxed, complete with full CAST IRON use/care instructions.

These are top of the range saucepans which exude quality. They look good and cook food so much quicker than lighter saucepans, as well as keeping food hot for longer. A definite recommendation.

These cast iron saucepans have excellent cooking qualities but are quite heavy. Saucepans are extremely durable, will last for decades.
