Excellent Product Excellent Service

The Filofax is an excellent product.I am more interested in giving feedback on the fantastic customer service from CLP who supplied it. Unfortunately the first one which arrived within days of order was damaged. I rang CLP as per Amazon return screen and the woman was exceptionally helpful and exceptionally polite. Well done to CLP. I got a freepost address to return the damaged one and a new one soon after that.The Filofax is a well established product and fits neatly into my armoury when I meet new clients. There is for me something about the traditional organiser that an electronic one could never replace. Supplement yes but never replace.Great product great service.Keith

I've been a Filofax user for about 20 years now.This is my first A4 Filofax as I've used Personal and A5 in the past.I bought it for professional work (customer meetings) and I'm very pleased with the quality and style of it.It looks classy and will boost your productivity with class.

I have had a A4 filofax since 1994 and thought it would be nice to have a new one after all these years, my old one my son now uses for University. The new one is as good as the old one, the only problem i have had with it was on delivery, they sent me the old style classic without the Zip, however one simple phone call sorted this out, by me simply keeping the one i had been sent, and a credit raised for £10 back to my account, unfortunatly they forgot to put through the credit, so am waiting to see if it goes through on this months statement, other than that i have no complaints.
