Looks fantastic on your wrist
By Mr. D. Joshua
Wonderful watch for the price-looks great on your wrist. Moving parts are limited on the frontal face however, but this is made up for by the accuracy of the timepiece. The rear face shows more working parts however. I replaced the strap upon purchase as it was rather too shiny for my liking. I would definetly upgrade to this version of the watch over the analogue-only version if you prefer overall looks to movings parts. Be careful of the smaller dials as they are operated by the side buttons for the date, day and 24hr clock so don't push them to test unless you wish to change them! All in all I would rate the watch at 4 out of 5 and would not hesitate to award a 5 if a little more attention to the original idea of the watch was carried out.

Rotary provide very poor service
By M. S. Thomson
I bought this watch on the understanding that it should be covered by Rotary's lifetime guarantee, which is vaunted everywhere these watches are sold. Almost as soon as I got it, it malfunctioned, so I sent it back in its box along with the attendant paperwork. Some time later, the watch reappeared, unceremoniously, in a jiffy bag, sans box and paperwork. Two years later, the watch stopped again, and I took it to Rotary's Regent Street offices in London, where I was told, somewhat diffidently, that the lifetime guarantee depended on "where you bought it", which would apparently not cover Amazon. I submitted the watch for repairs anyway, and later received an eye-watering invoice. I telephoned Rotary to inform them that the watch was still under warranty but that they had the papers, and they agreed to fix it at no cost. They returned the watch, but not the paperwork, and I can only assume that the next time it goes wrong - which it will - I shall have no recourse.Beyond this, the watch is of middling quality. The mechanism is overly complicated, which makes it vulnerable to malfunction. Unless you are certain that you have a lifetime guarantee for it, I would not purchase this watch.
