The Dimplex Castillo is a 2kW freestanding electric fire. This contemporary styled fire is designed to be used freestanding flat against a wall, has a choice of heat settings and comes complete with a choice of real coal or white pebble fuel bed (both included). Additionally the Castillo features the realistic moving flame effect Optiflame, which can be used with or without heat, making it perfect for use all year round. The Castillo is finished in satin silver with a chrome effect fret and trims, and has a 12 month manufacturers warranty and BEAB Intertek approval for added safety assurance.
Electric fires are very easy to use as there is little or no installation required, and because they run off electric all you need to do is simply plug in and go! There is no annual maintenance required as with gas and they are 100% efficient at point of use.

DIMPLEX FIRE apperance is excellant. Delivery amazing. UNfortunatly the purchase was spoilt by 2 things 1st neither of the bulbs worked. 2nd Could not find anyone to talk to concerning the broken bulbs which meant going out to purchase replacement bulbs

Bought this fire recently and it is a very nice,modern looking fire. It brightens up my lounge. It has both white stones and coal effect which means you can change the look of the fire. It heats the room quickly as it has a blow heat effect. Very pleased with this product.

nice looking fire does the job well,but too much cheap plastic,which causes the fire to creak a lot when used and cooling down
