a pedal for all occasions

needed new pedal, I couldn't decide on SPD or not cos I use bike a lot just to 'potter' around with kids etc. This pedal suits both options.Even when it was very wet & muddy on a long trail, the grip was good with trainers & never felt slippy. Now with SPD's it works great.Looks good & feels bomb proof too.Note - it does have cleats in the box
