OK it is expensive but if you need a big metal non-stick plate to work on this is great. much better than 2-3 frying pans at the same time

This griddle pan has got to be one of the best items in anybodys kitchen.Absolutely no fat req when cooking bacon sausage egg ,a real plus for the healthy eating fraternaty get one now ! .if there were any negatives it would be the price but hey this is going to last a life time .have it
