Everything about this casserole oozes quality - the packaging, the finish, the design. It's a great frying pan or casserole. The pre-seasoning is great, but you need to make an effort to keep on seasoning it with the first few things you cook. It is very non-stick now it's fully seasoned. Cleanup is a dream - a quick wash with hot water and you're done. I can't praise it enough - the handles are the most comfortable I have ever found on any cookware ever and I just can't believe here is no chemical non-stick surface to damage.

After enough contraction,suceed find and buy Logde casserole over Amazon.com.ukI living in Dalmatia and hire is good wine,fish and lamb'smet from cast iron legends.This is the thousand year old tradison.Here at us all say to have eated is excellently from this pot.Desing is fantastic and work to.Hot recommend.But requests the practice in the work.Greeting from Adriatic sea:))

I have been using this pan for 6 months now and it has become my absolute favourite pan ever. I have other cast iron of le famouse brand, which i really like, but this pan is a step above, just rinse in hot water with a brush or cloth. I make sure the food is not ice cold, warm the pan slowly, make sure the oil is hot enough, never use detergents and always lightly oil immediatly after use. I have followed the user instructions to the letter and this pan has been a revelation. I would reccomend this to anybody. The size is very versatile, wide and quite shallow. It looks beautiful, it is quite weighty, but not too much. I use this everyday.
