Aircontact Pro 70+15 First Impressions

I brought this pack for a 4 day trek from North Yorkshire to Lake District carrying tent, sleeping bag, mat, clothes and food etc.I'm very picky on my equipment and was initially worried about the bag weight which @ 3.3kg seems like a lot when compare to some other packs of similar size.I did try the Berghaus Men's Bioflex 70+15 first for comparison which weighs ~1kg lighter Although I did not get on with this bag and the quality of the stitching and finish was not great (another review perhaps)Anyway my initial concerns over the Deuter bag weight were soon banished once I had it on my back. The extra mass is put into the hip, back and shoulder padding and this goes along way to increase the comfort of the bag when in use with heavy loads 15-25kg associated with long treks.The quality of the material is good as are the design and zips and other fastenings, the integrated rain cover is a good idea as to is the integrated H20pocket for hydration on the move.I'll update this review once I have completed a decent walk ~20 miles fully loaded with the bag.
