A very good product - but one tiny problem

This is a very good product. However it won't let me install on my desktop pc. It keeps saying you need to shut down internet explorer. I did that and clicked retry but it came up with the same message. However I'm sure this is something to do with my pc. If anyone knows what the problem is, please could you reply.Packaging 5*Customer Service n/aSoftware 4.7*
