This was so good, I bought another one

I bought one of these personal ionisers for my husband who has leukaemia and who must try and avoid colds/infections at all costs. He wears his whenever he goes out. I bought a second one for myself, and wear it clipped to a lapel. It receives some second looks, but I think people think it's a phone! It is very small and neat, and you don't even notice you are wearing it. Of course I cannot guarantee that it stops us getting colds, but so far so good... without tempting fate, of course. It's invaluable when travelling on planes, trains, or in the cinema or theatre, or wear it like we do - whenever you go out. The batteries seem to last a long time. Overall, a very neat little gadget, with very good quality build.
