As light as it is strong, weighing only 11kg the Portalite Delta has an aluminum frame and is a generous 30" (71cm) wide and is height adjustable from 23 to 33 inches (58~86cms) using quick release push buttons.
The table has an adjustable face cradle which has an ergonomic arm sling underneath so the client can rest their arms with ease and give you more access to the scapula, rhomboid and trapezius areas. This is a very high quality massage couch with 6.5cms of multi-layer foam underneath a stain and spill resistant layer of vinyl leather giving exceptional client comfort and support

Its comfortable, plush, quite professional feel and look!Once you figure out how to open it up, It's easy as 1 2 3!I give it a 4 because it's not so lite :) and it didn't come with instructions.
