Good - but instructions are poor

I bought this for my husband as he loves loading up our woodburner all winter, but is less than careful about cutting the logs up. It's great once it's together, but that can be a bit of a challenge - it was a bit like 'the Krypton factor' at times. The instructions are basic to say the least, the text is in German and it's all guess work. There is a definate order that the struts need to go in so prior to putting it together look at the picture very carefully. It took us three attempts (although I have to say doing this kind of thing is not our strong point LOL). Once done though it provides a nice safe way to cut your logs, plus it's lightweight so easy to move around.

After a fiddly assembly, it works very well. But it could be disastrous if the chain saw blade were to touch any part of the steel frame! Beware and always wear full protective kit.

a great item but instructions were poor i passed it on a friend to put it together then i altered it to suit myself,but it was fairly sturdy and good value.
