Joy Eau de Parfum spray

Bought this as part of my mum's Christmas present. Box arrived in perfect condition and on time. Difficult to write a meaningful review of an Internet purchase of perfume because you really have to sample the product to know if it is what you hoped for. Getting a sample of Joy isn't easy, compared to its direct competitor - Chanel No.5 - but that exclusivity and praise heaped on the product convinced me to jump in. Mum was absolutely delighted (she even liked the bottle!) and the smell...it's exquisite! Different from No.5 but equally classy. About 10mins after mum sprayed it on, it calmed down into a subtle fragrance that lasted the whole of Christmas Day. You have made my mum and me very happy, thank you. Nearly forgot, mum likes the spray so much I ordered 200ml of Joy body lotion a few days later and she's delighted with that too. A real quality product.

This is a fragrance that evokes a bygone era but it is still just as desirable today as it was when first formulated. Perfect for evening as well as day wear, its subtle notes are best suited to stylish, sophisticated wearers.Beautifully packaged.

A gorgeous scent. Vibrant on first application then settles into a gentle, lingering fragrance. Just the thing for those who don't like their signature scent to be overpowering.
