COLOUR : Matt finish 'SATIN BLACK'Black interior with a well-fitting lid, offset by the smart new stainless steel knob.Approximate capacity : 4.2LEnamelled cast iron is a traditional and strong material, ideal for lower temperature cooking, retaining heat better than any material. The balanced heat distribution eliminates 'hot spots' and allows for easier cooking for even the most delicate of recipes. We have had our pan for around a year now, and I am not sure we have used any other pans since! Still in as great condition as the day it was purchased, the pan has so, so many different uses, be it: frying, stir-frying, stewing, braising I have even done confit in this pan! Would very highly recommend this, don't worry about the price, it will last forever!
