The Infiniti R100 Rowing Machine represents over a decade of research and development and incorporates all the latest technology and long standing consumer requests, including auto controlled air magnetic resistance system; full stroke for taller users; ergonomically designed handle, HR receiver and computer with programs. The R100 has 15 pre-set programs to choose from, plus 16 resistance levels that are automatically adjusted during the cousre of each program. The programs also include a heart-rate control feature that enables users to input their desired heart rate training range that automatically adjusts resistance level to keep you within your desired training zone. The R100 stores data for up to 4 users. The range of functions and programs on the R100 computer kicks all competitors into touch The super-smooth R100 is much quieter than competing models, yet is rugged enough to accommodate people up to 150kg in weight. R100 Rower

After doing several months of research, I can say with confidence I've experienced much of what the market has to offer with rowers, from York's to Rebooks to Concept 2's and so on.I then came across this gem on Amazon. I brand I had previously never heard off. Long story short, this product is identical to that sold in the US (Amazon.com) under the name LifeCore R100.There are lots of reviews on there so I would strongly recommend checking those out.After reading those reviews, and watching a video, I decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did. The build quality is in a league of it's own. You can really tell this was built with some form of commercial use in mind.Rowing action is smooth and quiet (compared to other fan rowers) and the magnetic resistance is a nice touch. Console displays everything you want and there is an additional heart rate monitor you can buy (shown as standard in the lifecore R100 version). This costs about £20 from Powerhouse at the time of writing. If you do opt to buy the heart rate monitor, the rower can automatically adjust resistance to ensure you are in your target heart rate range, a very nice touch.If you are looking to buy a rower and the Concept 2 seems too high a price you can not go wrong with this one. It is just as good as a Concept 2, it really is (even looks very similar) but half the price (I picked this up for under £600 from Powerhouse Fitness).It's very rare that a product exceeds expectations; this is one of those buys.Highly recommended.

A great rower, I was looking at a concept 2 but found this to be just as good, if not better and also cheaper. It is easy to put together and folds up for easy storage when not in use, not that we have done that! It is exceptionally quiet and the resistance is great. It is currently getting some very hard training from an ex army guy and also a 2 half marathon trainers and is showing no issues so far!!! The mechanism is very smooth and the display shows all the info you could want,and allows for different users, if you buy a chest strap separately (approx £25) you can monitor heart rate and the machine will actually work at the optimum range for you depending on what you want to do cardio wise.Overall I cannot recommend this machine enough!

A solid machine. If you look around the internet you can easily find "CAREfitness" which makes various models of rowing machine (rameur, in French). Indeed, a number of other invented "brands" are really also just made by the "CARE" business. This is an extremely low price for a machine that you can see for sale normally in the same price range as an Oartek, Rowperfect, etc (ie, 1500 price range), so, it could represent a bargain for you, depending on your needs.
