We purchased this bed thinking it was a superior product. It was not! This is the SECOND time we have had it replaced and it is still defective.Only used is a few times and we are not OBESE. Out of warranty and out of luck. Aero beds NOT interested in refund totally dismissive, no customer service. Shame we paid three times going rate of other beds. Poor customer service Poor quality Bed. You will be disappointed, AVOID!!

Very nice but does get softer by the morning

Bought this bed as we only have 1 double room in our house, so got one of these to put in front room when guests stay.As good hosts, we give up our room & sleep on this!!! We have used it 3 times now. It inflates and de-flates very quickly and comes with cover protector sheet, which is a nice touch to include, particularly with regard to the cost - you want this to last as long as possible.Height of the bed is really impressive & from that perspective it is really comfortable.However, what does let it down is overnight it does become software and loses some air. the last time we used it, we found it slightly annoying...my parents are staying in a couple of weeks & if problem still there then I will be sending it back initially for a replacement. I think for the money you dont expect it to lose air & firmness just for 1 nights sleep.

Excellent quality

We bought this as a spare guest bed and also for ourselves when stopping with family . We were very impressed by the speed at which it inflates and deflates ; but the best part was the sleep. We have used a number of times and so have our guests and all have been impressed by the quality of the bed and the fact that you can roll around and it does not move .
