We purchased this Item to replace two electric kettles at the back of Church. much easier all round however the tap is a bit small and therefore filling a teapot is slow. filling individual cups/mugs great.Amazon order handling as fast as the Urn itself!!

excellent product, we run a ledgends race car team so i was always having to put the kettle on no more !!! just plug the urn in and we have hot drinks all day BRILLIANT.
