Stylish and works well, but be careful opening the packaging!

We acquired one through our kitchen fitter, who suggested it. It is stylish, would fit under the cupboard we have over the sink and importantly is easy to use if you have limited dexterity or are trying to turn on the tap with your hands full. I have only two gripes. The plumber found it impossible to fit the cartridge lifetime indicator electrics (we change filters on a three-monthly basis), and the kit either didn't contain the tiny "grub" screws that hold the handles in place, or else they were so small that they immediately got lost when the packaging was opened. I have been trying ever since to find replacement "grub" screws.

Does a great job!

I've had this for about 9 months now and can only say good things about it.Having owned other filter taps I can safely say this one is great. The pressure for the filter water is excellent unlike other makes I've used.When the filter needs changing the clever little tap tells you using a LED light that shines green for ok, amber to warn you it needs changing and red when it is overdue.All in all it's a great tap with the best filtered water system on the market ready integrated.

Does what it says on the box although it is expensive. It needs quite a lot of room to fit the filter cartridge under the sink. Tap is not suitable for all types of sinks as the base is rather large for some installations, especially if the cut out for the tap is part of a moulded area, in which case the unit can rock about when you turn the outlet spout. If your sink is made of thin metal this is a particular problem. Although the length of the spout allows for kettles etc to be filled easily, if the bend was a few degrees less it would be easier to swill the sink round with water. Tip: position the LED to one side of the filtered water control tap, if you put it directly under it it is difficult to see the light when it is on. You will also need an extra long box spanner to tighten the securing nut, other than that I am pleased with the product.
