Simply the Best

I own a few of these cases of different sizes. You just can't beat them for protecting your valuables. My one of this model has been chucked around all over the place and still looks brands new. It even fell off a boat into the sea whilst diving and it was bone dry inside.Add to that, you've got a spec' you can only love; including the lockable points and cabin safe airlock. Build quality you rarely see now days. Can't reccomend them enough.

Bomb Proof Case

I have the Pelican N1450. It takes My Canon EOS 5D Mark II fitted with the EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Lens with lens hood and strap, EF 70-200mm f2.8 L IS USM with lens hood, EF 100mm f2.8 Macro L IS USM with lens hood, Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX, Speedlite 270EX. Timer Remote Controller TC-80N3 Adapter rings and 4 filters in a pouch. When I travel by Plane the case comes on board with me. It has been queried a couple of times at the check in desk because it is over 7 kilo but when you explain to them and show them whats inside they will accept it, The airline will not want to accept responsibility for it in the hold. Although I should think that the Pelican would take the punishment that the baggage handlers hand out.Good pice of kit to protect your gear and a good place to keep your gear in humid conditions. Well worth the money.I am now looking at the Pelican N1510 that has wheels and a retractable handle. It is the maximum size the airlines will allow you to take on board with you.
