We have used one of these at our business for a year or so now and it does a pretty decent job. It's simple to use and the feedback on the drinks themselves has always been positive, at least while I've been around. The only real problem arose when one of the cartridges jammed just inside the slot. It was fiddly to clear the blockage at first, but once you get the hang of it it's OK. At another of our sites they have the version with the side-rack for storing the cartridges; ours doesn't have this. I definitely recommend getting the cartridge rack as it's much easier to use, provided you have the space. Filling up with water is pretty straightforward. All in all this machine has been a real bonus for us and has produced good sales.
