Outstanding quality

This is an excellent baking pan which exceeds in three main ways. First, the non-stick surface is better than any I've seen. Literally even the most stick-prone food will not stick to this surface. Second, although large the baking tray is very light indeed, remarkably so. Finally, it comes with the Alessi badge of quality.The only downside is that you need to be careful to maintain the non-stick surface. This means not using metal utensils to take food out of the tray as the surface will scratch.Overall, I'd strongly recommend this baking tray as a quality, light weight, product.
