Solid Well Built British Filing Cabinet

I bought the Bisley BS4E rather than their lower range cabinets as I wanted something that's going to last. This is a very well made product and you feel the quality every time you slide the draws out - they glide so easily and come out far enough to get access to files at the back. It comes with a key lock that locks all 4 draws if you concerned about security. Beware though this is a heavy cabinet ~50Kg so you really need 2 people to move it.The first delivery I had was badly dented but I received a replacement within a few days which I think is good service!

I was a bit concerned having read other reports that this item may have arrived damaged given others experiences but my worries were unfounded. The cabinet arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged and protected.The price of the cabinet was ultra competitive with no additional cost on super saver and then it arrived in lightening quick time. The service from the Amazon rep was efficient, helpful and courteous. The cabinet itself appears well made and very robust for its use a domestic filing cabinet. A very satisfied customer and what more could I ask for.

Damaged Goods

We took delivery of this cabinet which had serious scratches on the side and the bottom was all dented around the wooden plinth it was delivered on. I have left a packaging review with photgraphs. The delivery did not come on time and it took 5 days longer than expected to arrive. All in all I would strongly recommend you do not purchase from this seller as there has been no contact at all after our complaint re the damaged filing cabinet.
