Keep at it!

Ladies, this does work! I had always wondered if it did and everyone always told me it was a waste of money. However, having found out that I had two friends that owned belts I decided to treat myself. It is easy to use and is quite a pleasant sensation. You need to keep at it - follow the programme in the book that comes with it and you will feel your toned abs - yep even with the belt off! It isn't a slimming device so it won't get rid of the fat; but it will give you a better shape.Enjoy!

I was a complete sceptic about this product, but can safely say that I am 100% satisfied with my results. The sensation is odd, but certainly not painful and I began to look forward to the feeling of my muscles contracting. Even after only 2 weeks (of 5 days per week usage), I had begun to notice a difference in my shape. At the end of 4 weeks, I can say with complete confidence that my waist has become more defined, my stomach muscles are strong and feel lean. I have been exercising a lot recently too; which has probably enhanced the results. In short; if you want to tone up without uncomfortable sit-ups, don't hesitate. I have recommended this product to all friends, family and colleagues. In the words of one of my best friends 'Whoah, you have NEVER had a good stomach before now'. Erm, thanks? Heh heh.

psychosomatic or not - i'm happy

Despite my inbuilt reservations and hesitations when it comes to this kind of magic remedy - I hate to say it but I hit my 34th birthday and succumbed to the hype (and the recommendation of an already slim/no muffin tops friend). Can't say that I've followed either plan as got a bit confused and seem to have merged the long term plan with the 30 day plan. Regardless, it's ended up with enjoyable tingles and what I think to be a better stomach. Could be psychosomatic but don't care - enjoy having it on and enjoying what i think are the results.Only downside is that the pads lose their gelatinous quality very quickly-haven't had to buy new pads yet but know its not far off even though only bought set a month ago.
