Disappointed

Loved the watch, but didn't work as battery was dead. Was quickly replaced with another watch, but same problem. In the end given credit of £3 to buy a battery, but had to pay for this to be inserted as back was sealed. If watch in store pull the winder out to stop battery running out - not rocket science!
