Quality watch for peanuts

This is a beautiful watch with a high quality feel and appearance. Out of the box regulation is poor on my instrument, losing around 5 minutes a day. This surprised me as I believe the watch has a Seiko movement. I don't know whether this will improve with use. I suspect it will have to be adjusted which if I have to pay for it will wipe out some of the low purchase price.

good bargain.....solid looking watch

this is quite a good watch. i read the review before buying the watch but was a bit unsure about the quality of the watch. but i must confess now that the watch is brilliant for its price. as other users say, the watch can stop working if not worn for about two days but that does not bother me much. its very easy to adjust the time. the watch had drop a couple of times of the floor since i got it (November 2008)but there is no scratches or loss of functionality. the watch also has a see through glass where the mechanics of the watch is so you can easily see the metal plates movements. good for showing off. however, the unidirexctional wheel on the watch is hard to turn around. but that does not matter much to me.

Good looks, feels solid, but doesn't work very well...

I was very disappointed with this, but then perhaps I don't have any right to considering the price.I was chuffed with it when I got it out of the box as it felt very sold, looked gorgeous and was simple to use. But, as has been mentioned by a previous review, it keeps very poor time and when not used for more than a day it stops completely and has to be reset when worn again.After a few months of owning it the strap came away from the watch completely under no duress, and that was the final straw.I'm not the type to pay £500 for a watch, but I'll shell out a few more quid than this next time to be sure it's going to last.
