Good quality and features

Nice quality flash for my Panasonic G2. Compact size yet decent power/coverage. Articulated head (up, down & side to side) with built in wide diffuser plate. Good range of settings and modes. Runs on AA LR6 batteries (or rechargeables), but manual says not guaranteed to function with other grades of AA. Overall I'm pleased with it and no compatibility issues. Panasonic do have you over a barrel though if you want a Lumix flash and this means it does come at a price, hence 4 stars, but worth it in my view.

An excellent flash. The only drawback I now find is that Panasonic do not offer an off-camera flash cord to use with the GF1 digital camera.

Quality Panasonic flash gun

Quality build. And a decent number of flashes from a pair of ordinary pen cells. The screen is small and the text would benefit from greater contrast. I have absolutely no problems with giving it a 5/5.
