Includes Outlook (unlike office 2007 home and student edition)

Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student Edition is a nice package, especially as it allows for 3 users, but the problem for me with it is that it doesn't include Outlook 2007 whereas the product on this page - Microsoft Office Standard 2007 - Complete package Educational / Academic Licence - does. If you don't need 3 user licenses and don't need OneNote, but want Outlook, then this might be a better buy, given the pricing of the two when compared with each other as at the date of writing, if you are within the "Microsoft Qualified Educational User eligibility" criteria. What these criteria are exactly can be found by Googling "Microsoft Qualified Educational User eligibility". Whether you are full/part-time academic staff or a full/part-time student, a will also be a factor in determining whether Microsoft Office Standard 2007 - Complete package Educational / Academic Licence makes economic sense to buy. Another factor, if you are staff, is whether your academic institution gives access/the right to buy Home Use versions of Microsoft Office and how long you anticipate spending with your present employer.

Had to buy this instead of the student version as the student version did not have outlook - annoyinng! Not much else to say, it is Microsoft Office!

A simple install over Office XP. Worked well out of the box. Outlook 2007 syncs with everything and Excel 2007 sorts by format.
