Great Item - Cost almost prohibitive

From an Amazon perspective the item is great, arrived quickly and has fixed the issue. From a product perspective - no recycling instructions for the old item, cost was almost the same as the entire printer cost originally. Amazon offered the best deal including product and delivery, but the manufacturer needs to seriously review the cost of the replacement components and an exchange scheme would seem to make sense rather than creating potential landfill.

This item was delivered quickly and was easy to fit. So the product itself is good.However, shortly afterwards a different part (belt) has come up on the printer display saying replace soon and this too will cost. SO before you buy a replacement unit check your other parts on your printer and how long before they also need replacing. I have found it is going to cost much more in total than the cost of a new printer!
