Was given a pink version of this product by my physio, so wanted to get the same brand again. Am very happy. Original pink band has withstood hundreds of uses without any tearing or other problems. Have used for a shoulder rotator cuff. Am planning to use this higher resistance band for general progressive exercise. Much better than lifting heavy weights.

good quality but not cheap

I found that to get the required load with the green band they were overloaded and did not last. With this you can have the same load with a longer band that is not overstretched.

Proved very useful for exercising my frozen shoulder. My wife used it as exercise aid after her knee replacement and is very pleased with the speed of recovery
