Seiko Flightmaster review.

This is the 2nd Seiko watch I have purchased, the last meeting a untimely end 28 years ago!The build quality is as excellent as I remember and the supplier (City Watches)were very helpful with the questions I e-mailed regarding the features of the watch. Unlike the majority of the Seiko Chronograph's the bottom dial records mins & hrs in the stopwatch function and does not function as an alarm.It can also be used as a second time zone. The slide rule is difficult to read (an age related problem!)but is very useful for calculations. An elegant, attractive time piece.

Must say the service was first class, i ordered my watch on Wed 5th Sept it arrived the following day early even before first post. the watch is sold as seen, boxed, with warranty, watch had a seal on it with the original Seiko trademark tag.Beautiful looking watch, i'm very pleased with my purchase. Only one slight down side, just slight!!!. i did expect the watch face to be bigger but all in all it was a great purchase. I will be buying from this dealer again, in the near future.

This really is a very good looking large gents watch. In addition to the standard hour and minute hand, the watch has three extra centre dials. These are real time seconds (left), Stopwatch - one second per rotation divided into twentieth of a second increments (top), and Stopwatch minutes and hours (bottom) What looks like a red sweep second hand is actually the Stopwatch second hand. The top button starts and stops the stopwatch function and the bottom button resets the stopwatch to zero.The face and the bezel are presented in a very attractive deep blue finish and the glass is scratch resistant Hardex crystal glass.The watch is supplied with a thick instruction book, but only the first twenty pages are in English. The instruction book is fairly simplistic though and only covers basic operations.Overall: 5 stars - This really does look and feel like a top quality watch and I am more than happy with the purchase.
