Great if you are advanced at Pilates

This is a great DVD for Pilates on the Ball. It is a tough workout & really works the whole body. I have had it for some time & really enjoy. However, make sure that you are advanced at Pilates before you try this DVD, i.e. take advanced matwork classes or else you may injure yourself by not being strong enough to do the exercises properly.
