Does what it says it will do: 3 heat levels, well controlled, safety power cut off after 90 minutes. Good length power cord.Slightly inadequate cover - but very serviceable.Excellent service from supplier too.

Very impressed with the heat output for this Pad. It has 3 different settings, and i found that even on level 2 it was plenty hot enough to give the desired effect. Heats up very quickly too.

Excellent. I have used this product for 5 months, and now I'm buying a second one - one for upstairs, one for downstairs! I've used various makes of electric head pads for years, to ease my arthritis, but the Beurer outclasses the rest - it heats up quicker, maintains the chosen temperature well and the automatic switch-off to avoid overheating works well too.
