Reliable, stylish and cool

This watch is simply the best watch i have ever owned in every sense. Over the years i have owned a variety of watches including Sekonda and Swatch to name but a few. The Pirello Leather offers a fantastic combination of cool style and robustness. The brushed metal casing looked good right until the moment I stopped wearing it and the glass also seemed very resistant to scratches.I wore it every day for over two years and received many positive comments. It travelled with me around America, survived daily use at work, sport, everything except swimming. As with any leather strapped watch there are drawbacks with durability and keeping the strap 'clean', but this applies to any brand. At less than £60 the quality is superb for the money, and at this price level, if the worst does happen you haven't lost a fortune.The only reason I stopped wearing it is that the battery died and the straps eventually perished beyond use. The cost of replacing these items was more than the cost of a whole new watch! So guess what, i bought another one! I advise you do the same before they stop making them.

Only been wearing the watch for 24 hours so not able to comment on longevity or reliability yet but.....I bought this watch as I have wanted a Storm watch for a long time and this seems to be an entry level model that appeals very much to my aesthetic requirements for a big solid chunky reliable looking timepiece. It combines retro appeal with bang up to date styling and keeps things simple. It tells the time with an easy to read analogue face with the added advantage of glow in the dark hands and number dots. It also has a sweeping second hand and the date displayed in an easy to read setting.The strap is a good solid leather job, which should wear in nicely.The whole set up reeks of class, despite being the entry level model. Storm have a reputation to keep up and this can be seen in the whole of the watch. I am looking forward to many happy years as the proud owner and hope the watch lives up to my expectations.

Looks nice, but don't try to set it

This watch looks very nice. Unfortunately, the pin comes out completely and cannot be reinserted when you attempt to change the date. We thought it might have been just one faulty watch, but it happened with the replacement watch also. As always, Amazon did not fail me and were able to provide a full refund in a very timely manner. Watch, bad, customer service, good!
