excellent watch

Of course all radio controlled watches are superior to ordinary quartz versions because the time and date are always completely accurate to a fraction of a second as a result of receiving a daily signal from an atomic clock. In recent years Casio have become the leading manufacturer of highly reliable radio controlled watches. This particular watch is unusual in that the case appears to be constructed entirely of stainless steel and yet is still able to receive a time signal - most other radio controlled watches either have plastic cases or glass backs to allow the signal to penetrate. The watch is very chunky and solid, with very precise and accurate pointers. It is altogether excellent. [and the price offered by Amazon was cheaper than anywhere else].

Having recently purchased this watch I have to say that I am delighted with the watch. Initially I was concerned that the watch may be on the bulky side but even on my small wrist it looks fine.Delivery of the watch only took three days with free delivery and arrived safe and secure in an outer box for protection.Initial setting up of the watch was relatively easy and now it automatically adjusts itself to the correct time every night whilst I sleep, no more adjusting of watch until the battery expires.I had to shorten the metal watch strap but again it was only a matter of tapping out some pins removing the links and reassembling - a ten minute job.Everyone who has seen the watch has admired it and are surprised when I tell them the price. So all in all a great watch for relatively little money and always spot on time.

Casio Radio Controlled watch

I like chunky watches and have had a few over the years, come to think of it I still have most of them! After a few weeks of wearing this one, I found it was just too big for my slim wrist so my son was delighted to get it from his old man for nothing. If you are thinking of buying it, I suggest that you try it on in a shop before you buy it on Amazon!
